Returns and refunds policy

1. All returned products must be on its original packing condition at purchasing without any damages.
2. All returns shipping fees are paid by Netronics if there is manufacturing issue or wrong product is delivered by us.
3. If the customer wanted to return an item, he is responsible for shipping fees unless in cases mentioned previously.
4. For customer customized items such as special lengths cables returns are not allowed.
5. The return period is 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
6. Refund will be made after 10 working days from receiving, checking, and accepting the product returned.
7. Refund will be made to the same paying channel and account purchased through.
